Manitou CompactLooking for a robust, reliable, rough terrain telehandler that can operate in narrow, confined spaces as well as on uneven ground conditions? Then the new Manitou MT625 T maniscopic telehandler is for you.

Compact in size, the Manitou MT 625 telehandler is less than 2 metres high, 3.9 metres long and only 1.82 metres wide, making it ideal for those worksites where space is at a premium. The Manitou MT625 telehandler also comes with good ground clearance and an excellent turning radius. Four-wheel steering makes manoeuvring easy, and the four-wheel drive will take you everywhere you need to go.

“You can expect a lot from this new Manitou maniscopic model,” says AB Equipment sales and marketing manager, Rob Fuller. “It’s capable of lifting a 2000kg load up to 5.85 metres high, unloading a truck from just one side or placing a 1.2-tonne pallet 2.5 metres ahead of its front wheels.” The versatility of the Manitou MT625 is further enhanced by it being able to accommodate a large range of attachments including those that can be used for loading bulk materials. In addition, the two-speed hydrostatic transmission with electronic governing makes for safer operating.

The ergonomic Manitou MT625 is designed for comfort and ease of operation. Unique interior features of the new model include a 10 second easy start up process, cabin access with no step, reduced noise levels, 360° visibility and a revolutionary seat design for extra comfort. The latest technology has also gone into the digital instrument panel, with the control switches, indicator lights and a load sensor indicator being extremely operator friendly.

Exclusive to Manitou, the JSM multifunction joystick allows the operator to move the MT625 forwards or backwards whilst undertaking other tasks simultaneously. The operator’s left hand is completely devoted to steering, while the intuitive finger positioning of the right hand controls boom functions and the forward/reverse movements of the machine.

With a chassis structure and components designed to withstand arduous work cycles, the MT625 is a rough terrain telehandler that’s definitely in for the long haul. A wide opening bonnet provides easy access to mechanical components plus the display of servicing intervals and diagnostic codes on the instrument panel ensures the Manitou 625 will operate every day at optimum efficiency.

For today’s modern worksites, the sturdy and agile Manitou MT625 ticks all the boxes when it comes to providing increased plant utilisation and productivity.
