The DEVELON DX235LCR is a powerful 24 tonne reduced swing crawler excavator engineered for high productivity exceptional fuel efficiency and safe operation in restricted or urban work zones. Performance.

Performance is driven by the proven Doosan DL06 common rail diesel engine producing 168 HP at 1,900 rpm with a wide torque band reaching 76 kgf m at 1,400 rpm. The combination of powerful engine output and the e EPOS electronic hydraulic system delivers faster cycle times smoother multi function movements and excellent fuel savings. The twin hydraulic pumps provide 2 x 220 litres per minute of flow and increased swing torque ensures rapid accurate positioning during digging and loading.

The Cabin.

The operator environment has been engineered for comfort productivity and control. The spacious sound suppressed cab features a seven inch colour monitor adjustable suspension seat clear all round visibility air conditioning ergonomic joystick controls multiple working and power modes and a rear view camera for improved situational awareness. Large front and side windows combined with reduced swing design support safer operation in high traffic areas.

Reliability.

The boom and arm are reinforced using high strength castings and finite element analysis to ensure uniform load distribution and extended service life. Key components including bushings track rollers and idlers are built for longevity with 250 hour greasing intervals sealed self lubricating track links and heavy duty steel structures. Maintenance is simplified through centralized grease points wide access side panels grouped service filters and easy radiator cleaning. A high efficiency air cleaner hydraulic return filter fuel pre filter and enhanced cooling system protect the engine and hydraulics for reduced downtime.

Safety.

Safety is supported with multiple built in features including overload warning devices boom and arm hose rupture protection valves travel and swing alarms anti slip plates large handrails emergency stop systems safety glass a rotation beacon and reinforced cabin guarding.
