The DEVELON DX360LC-7M is a high capacity, 36 tonne crawler excavator engineered for exceptional digging power, outstanding fuel efficiency, and long term durability. Upgrades.

This model introduces a new generation of durability enhancements, including a reinforced heavy duty undercarriage, integrated track spring and idler units, and upgraded boom and arm structures. The boom base features a stronger pin boss and increased plate thickness, while an abrasion resistant end disk further extends service life at the arm tip. Together, these improvements support higher breakout force, longer component life, and superior reliability in rock and bulk earthmoving operations.

Power & Performance.

Power and hydraulic efficiency are driven by the DEVELON EPOS electronic power optimisation system, which provides seamless communication between the engine and hydraulic management. The system automatically adjusts pump flow and engine load to deliver smoother combined movements, faster response times, and meaningful fuel savings. Pump matching, relief cut off, and auto idle functions further reduce unnecessary fuel consumption while maintaining strong excavation performance.

The DX360LC-7M offers excellent controllability through its high performance hydraulic circuit and optimised flow distribution. The excavator is compatible with a wide range of buckets, breakers, and productivity attachments, allowing contractors to configure the machine for applications ranging from trenching and deep excavation to heavy extraction and bulk loading.

The Cabin.

Operator comfort has also been significantly improved. The spacious cab features reduced noise levels, an adjustable air-suspension seat with optional heating, upgraded climate control, refined pedal layout, and multiple storage solutions. A clear LCD monitor provides access to machine settings, operational data, and feeds from optional rear and side cameras. When equipped with the optional around view monitor, the excavator offers a full 360-degree view, enhancing situational awareness and supporting safer operation in high traffic or restricted work areas.

Maintenance.

Maintenance is simplified with grouped service points, an enlarged air cleaning system, accessible radiator compartments, a hydraulic return filter, a centralised fuse box, and an advanced water separator for improved fuel quality. These design elements reduce service time and maximise machine uptime, helping contractors achieve lower operating costs across the machine’s lifetime.
