The DEVELON DL250-7M is a powerful and efficient mid sized wheel loader designed to deliver excellent breakout force, smooth hydraulic control and dependable performance across New Zealand’s civil construction, quarrying, agriculture and material handling industries. Power & Performance.

The DL250-7M is equipped with the proven Doosan DL06 engine, delivering high torque, fuel efficient performance and reliable response under varying load conditions. Its load sensing hydraulic system provides precise control and supplies flow on demand, improving fuel efficiency and allowing operators to perform fine work or heavy duty tasks with confidence. The Z bar linkage delivers excellent bucket penetration and strong breakout force for stockpiling, truck loading and bulk rehandling.

A full auto powershift transmission provides smooth gear changes and consistent traction. Limited slip differentials on both axles optimise grip in soft, wet or uneven conditions often found on New Zealand jobsites. Optional Load Isolation System (LIS) increases stability and reduces shock while travelling with a loaded bucket, contributing to faster cycle times and improved operator comfort.

The Cabin.

The operator cab is designed to maximise comfort, visibility and control. The spacious layout includes an ergonomic dashboard, adjustable steering column, well positioned joysticks, high capacity air conditioning and an air suspension seat for reduced fatigue during long shifts. Large windows provide clear sightlines to the bucket and surrounding work area, and optional LED lighting and rear view monitoring support safe operation in low light or high traffic sites.

Durability.

Durability is a core strength of the DL250-7M. Reinforced chassis components, strengthened bucket structures, ORFS hydraulic fittings for leak reduction and a high performance cooling system contribute to long machine life. Heavy duty braking systems, robust axles and an improved driveline design ensure consistent performance in demanding environments such as quarries, construction sites and agricultural yards.

Maintenance.

Maintenance is simplified with ground level service access, grouped filters, remote lubrication points, a single layer cooling module and an automatic reversible fan for debris management. DEVELONCONNECT telematics is available to provide real time operating data, maintenance alerts and fleet insights that help minimise downtime and improve overall efficiency.
