Powered by the proven Doosan DL06 engine, the DL200-7M delivers responsive power with low fuel consumption and reduced emissions. Its load sensing hydraulic system supplies flow on demand, improving control precision while lowering fuel burn during light or variable load operation. The Z bar linkage provides excellent bucket penetration and strong lifting capability, making it ideal for stockpiling, truck loading, site clean ups and general material movement.

A full auto powershift transmission offers smooth gear changes and consistent tractive effort. The limited slip differentials on both axles maximise grip on wet, soft or uneven terrain, especially useful for New Zealand’s quarry floors, civil sites and agricultural yards. Optional features such as Load Isolation System (LIS) further enhance ride comfort and stability by reducing shock during travel and lifting cycles.

The Cabin.

The operator cab is engineered for all day comfort and visibility. A modern, ergonomic layout integrates an intuitive gauge panel, adjustable steering column, high capacity air conditioning, improved airflow and an air suspension seat. The wide front windscreen and large side windows ensure clear sightlines to the work area, while optional LED lighting and rear view monitoring improve safety in low light or high traffic conditions. Interior refinements including storage solutions, reduced cabin noise and convenient switch placement support operator efficiency across long shifts.

Durability.

Durability has been enhanced through reinforced body panels, strengthened bucket structures, ORFS hydraulic fittings for leak protection and an upgraded cooling system designed for dusty and high debris environments. Heavy duty brake systems, robust axles and reliable driveline components contribute to long term machine life and reduced running costs.

Maintenance.

Maintenance is made simple with ground level access to filters, remote grease points, an auto reversing cooling fan, quick drain service ports and a streamlined layout that reduces daily servicing time. Optional DEVELONCONNECT telematics provide real time diagnostic and utilisation data, helping fleet managers optimise uptime and plan maintenance proactively.
